Known as a dependable scorer and rebounder throughout his career, Tang earned All-Gulf Coast Athletic Conference honors three times and was recognized as All-District in 1987-88.  A four-year starter, Darin’s senior season saw the 1987-88 team set a then school record of 27 wins. Tang finished his career with 1,901 points, a career scoring average of 16 points and 5 rebounds per game, shooting a career average of 54% from the field and 81% from the free throw line.
