OLD HICKORY, Tenn. – The Spring Hill men's golf team wrapped up the 2026 Music City Invitational on Tuesday, placing 10th out of 16 teams. The event was hosted by Trevecca Nazarene University, and the Badgers turned in their best team score of the season.

The Badgers opened with a strong opening round on Monday afternoon, shooting an impressive 11 strokes over par as a team. Spring Hill teammates Kevin Tobertge and
Nicholas Haber tied one another at two-under for ninth place through the first two rounds. Tobertge (72/68/71) went on to finish in a tie for 16th place individually, making him the top Badger for the tournament.

Haber (72, 68, 76) closed out in a tie for 34th, while Nicolas Thapar (71/74/71) finished with the same score. Nick Kelsey (73/71/73) produced a final tally of seven-over to round out the scoring for the Badgers.

Spring Hill shot six-under on par-five holes for the weekend, the third-best mark of any team in the field. The team also came away with a total of 38 birdies, with Haber and Thapar turning in 10 apiece. Haber picked up SHC's lone eagle of the weekend, doing so on a par-five second hole in his second round of action.
