INDIANAPOLIS – The NCAA announced on Sunday night that the Spring Hill College volleyball team has received the No. 8 seed in the NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Championship and will face the No. 1 seed south region host Tampa on Friday.
 
The Badgers received an automatic bid into the tournament after winning their fourth straight Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) championship on Saturday. The NCAA revealed the tournament bracket on Sunday night, which has Spring Hill (29-7, 19-0 SIAC) as the No. 8 seed in the south region facing the No. 1 seed and host of the regional, Tampa (27-3, 17-3 SSC) on Friday night at 7:30 p.m. (EST) in Tampa, Fla.
