COLUMBIA, S.C. – The Spring Hill College baseball team clinched the SIAC series against Benedict after sweeping Friday's doubleheader at Tiger Field.

The Badgers (33-10, 26-2 SIAC) scored 15 unanswered runs through the eighth inning in response, capped off by one of Swader's doubles. Benedict tried to close the gap with a run in the eighth, but could not prevent the 19-6 run-rule victory by SHC.
