MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College baseball team swept Tuskegee in Friday's SIAC doubleheader and clinched the series at Sims-Galle Field.

After a quiet start, the Badgers (14-8, 10-1 SIAC) opened scoring with three runs in the fifth inning. They followed this up with a 12-run inning in the sixth to put the game out of reach.

The Golden Tigers (6-13, 3-8 SIAC) showed life in the seventh with a home run to get them on the board. Spring Hill held on and run ruled Tuskegee, 15-1, in game one.

Jack Taylor led the Badgers with a home run, two hits, four RBIs and three runs in three at bats.
Korey Bunselmeyer tossed the complete game while striking out eight and walking three while yielding a single run.

Tuskegee got on the board first in game two with an RBI double in the opening frame.
Seth Williams tied the game later that inning with a sacrifice RBI to right field.

The Golden Tigers put up a run in the third and fourth to extend their lead to 3-1. The Badgers rallied in the seventh behind a two-run single from
Bryce Anderson and a walk-off sacrifice fly from Williams.

Jackson Bell led with three hits in four at bats. Anderson and Williams both recorded two RBIs apiece.

Michael Racobaldo struck out seven and walked three while giving up a pair of earned runs in his start.
Kai St. Germaine earned the win after holding off Tuskegee with a scoreless inning and two strikeouts.
