MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College baseball team was swept by Albany State in a Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) doubleheader at Sims-Galle Field on Friday.

Norris McClure,
Jackson Bell and
Gage Ragona all picked up a hit for Spring Hill (28-20, 25-6Â SIAC) during the doubleheader. Albany State (32-8, 29-2 SIAC) clinched the regular season championship with a 13-0 win in the first game.Â
The Golden Rams scored three runs in the first inning and ten more across the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh innings as Jeremiah Reddell (11-0) remained undefeated this season.
Kai St. Germaine (6-4) suffered the loss after pitching five innings for the Badgers.
Calvin Baker (1-0) captured his first win of the season and John Luegering (1) marked his first save of the season in a 2-0 win over SHC in game two.
Evan Langston (7-2) took the loss after pitching seven innings and striking out four batters.
