SAVANNAH, Ga. – The Spring Hill College baseball team split its first two games (12-5, 3-0) with Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) foe Savannah State at Tiger Field on Saturday.

Parker Serio got things going early for the Badgers with a three-run RBI to left field in the second inning, putting his team ahead 3-1. Spring Hill scored six unanswered runs between the sixth and eighth inning. In the end, SHC defeated the Tigers 12-5 in game one.
Logan Clark took the win after giving up just six hits in six innings.

The Badgers struggled in game two, committing one error and allowing three runs in the third. This was enough for SSU to take the win in the seven-inning game 3-0.
Kai St. Germaine took the loss on the mound.
