MOBILE, Ala. (February 19, 2022) – The Spring Hill College (SHC) Badgers baseball team earned a non-conference victory over the University of Mobile Rams by the score of 14-6 on Saturday afternoon at historic Stan Galle Field.
The Rams (9-5) used five pitchers versus the Badgers lineup and surrendered 14 hits and four walks while striking out four batters. Five Badgers collected two hits each led by first baseman
Micah Morgan who ripped a double and a home run. Right fielder
Grayson Williams' two hits include a double with five RBI.
Kaleb Bush pitched 4.0 innings with five hits and three walks allowed while striking out four opponents.
Jackson Short went 4.1 innings in relief giving up eight hits with two walks and three strikeouts.
The Badgers (6-4) will travel to Livingston, Ala. on Wednesday to take the University of West Alabama (UWA) Tigers (2-9) beginning at 3 p.m. on Tartt Field.
