MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) women's soccer team accepted a 3-0 Gulf South Conference (GSC) loss to the Auburn University at Montgomery (AUM) Warhawks on Friday afternoon at Library Field.
The Warhawks (1-6, 1-2 GSC) scored first in the 33
rd minute when Ruby Mendez cleaned up her own rebounded shot. The score grew to 2-0 in the 64
th minute when Milian Mollison accepted an entry pass inside the keeper's box from Mayson Jaindl and rammed home the goal. Mendez added a successful penalty kick in the 82
nd minute to round out the day.

Hannah Linss (0-1) of River Ridge, La., made seven saves in the face of 21 shots and four corner kicks by AUM. At the opposite end of the field, Dejon Fletcher of the Warhawks earned six saves versus 11 shots and four corner attempts by the Badgers.
The Badgers (1-6, 0-3 GSC) will next host the University of Montevallo Falcons (4-1-2, 2-0 GSC) in a conference match at Library Field on Sunday at 1 p.m.
