"We fought hard in very tough, hot conditions," said Head Coach Allison Whitworth.  "Multiple players stepped up when needed to play new roles. I am proud of the effort and growth of the group. We have to become better at taking care of all the little details  during each game and learn how to focus for a full 90 minutes. Our captains, Hannah (Fogt) and Gabby (Burmaster), led the team well today. I'm looking forward to our home game on Sunday to take the next steps in our process."

The Badgers (0-2, 0-0 GSC) will return home to face Georgia Southwestern State University at 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, September 9 at Library Field.
