Laura Beth serves as the Assistant Athletic Director for Sports Medicine and Head Athletic Trainer at Spring Hill College, where she has been a member of the athletics department since January 2020. She began almost 7 years ago as the Assistant Athletic Trainer and was named Head Athletic Trainer one year later. Laura Beth was named Senior Women’s Administrator for 2025-2026 before being named Assistant Athletic Director in July 2026. In her role, she oversees sports medicine services and provides comprehensive care and support to the college’s student-athletes.

Originally from Brookhaven, Mississippi, Laura Beth or “LB” to most, began her own collegiate athletic career as a basketball player at Copiah-Lincoln Community College. She transferred to the University of Mobile in 2013 on a basketball scholarship and earned her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training in 2016. Following her undergraduate degree, Laura Beth served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer at UM from 2017–2019, while earning her Master of Business Administration.

Laure Beth is a BOC certified Athletic Trainer, Alabama licensed, CPR certified, and certified in Mental Health First Aid.

Outside of work, Laura Beth enjoys spending time on the water and making memories with her two dogs, Finley and Oakley. Whether she’s supporting student-athletes on the sidelines or enjoying time outdoors, she brings a genuine passion for athletics, wellness and the people around her.
