Spring Hill men put finishing touches on 6-0 week

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill men's tennis team wrapped up the final day of the SIAC Round-Up on Friday, finishing off a perfect week with a 5-2 win over Benedict and a 5-0 sweep of LeMoyne-Owen. The Badgers now stand at 11-1 in SIAC competition this spring and 14-8 overall.
 
Match Details:
Spring Hill began play on Friday by sweeping the doubles point against Benedict, and each of the bottom three courts in singles in action saw the Badgers earn a 6-0, 6-0 sweep. Evan Patton came away with the final point of the match for Spring Hill, turning in a 6-1, 6-3 victory on Court 3.
 
The Badgers went on to make quick work of LeMoyne-Owen, earning the doubles win with a pair of 6-0 scores. Spring Hill allowed just three total points in singles action, with freshman Maximillian Sass earning the clinching point and Rios closing out the team's sixth straight win.
