PEACHTREE CITY, Ga. – The Spring Hill men's tennis team was hit with a 4-2 loss on Saturday afternoon, falling 4-2 in the SIAC Championship against Tuskegee. The Badgers defeated LeMoyne-Owen on Friday to earn their way to the finals, while Tuskegee knocked off Benedict on the other side of the bracket.

The Badgers started Saturday by earning the doubles point, as the duo of
Tom Gutermann and Filipe Grebenstov won the top flight by a final of 6-2.
Luke Tucker and
Will Huckell teamed up for a 7-5 win in the second flight, giving Spring Hill the early 1-0 advantage.
Luke Bedwell came away with a singles victory on Court 4, doing so with a score of 6-0, 6-2. The Golden Tigers ensured the Badgers would get no closer, however, as Tuskegee picked up four singles wins to earn the clinch and the SIAC crown.
