Badgers finish 9th at GSC Championship

DICKSON, Tenn. – The 2026 Gulf South Conference Women's Golf Championship came to a close on Wednesday afternoon, with Spring Hill finishing in ninth place behind a combined three-round total of 1047. Wednesday saw the Badgers' turn in their best round of the week, as Evie Graves and Molly Kirkman led the way.
 
Tournament Details
Date: April 20-22 (Monday-Wednesday)
Course (Location): GreyStone Golf Club  
Par/Yardage: 72/6,002
 
Lee University took home the team title with a score of 903, holding off West Florida by just one stroke. West Florida's Millie Thompson picked up the individual crown, doing so with a mark of 220 (+4) for the tournament.
 
Graves turned in a Round Three score of 78 (+6), improving her score in every round of the tournament to finish in 29th individually with a total of 244. Kirkman's 79 (+7) on Wednesday featured a pair of birdies on the back nine, while Ava Heatherly (+20) and Sofia Hernandez Gonzalez (+22) rounded out the scoring for Spring Hill.
