COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Spring Hill women's golf team wrapped up the CSU Lady Cougar Classic on Tuesday afternoon, coming in ninth place out of 12 participating teams. The event featured three teams ranked in the top 50 nationally and saw the Badgers total an even 1000 (+136) over the event's three rounds.

West Florida and Carson-Newman shared the team title at 49-over, with UWF's Millie Thompson and Madison Miller of CNU splitting the individual crown after both shot an 8-under. Â

Molly Kirkman (74/86/81) led the way for the Badgers, using an eagle and a pair of bridies to shoot just 2-over to close out the opening round in third place individually. She finished the weekend in a four-way tie for 35th place, while teammate
Evie Graves (83/83/87) ended in a tie for 50th.

Grace Denegri (75/83/99) and
Sofia Hernandez Gonzalez (94/82/88) rounded out the scoring for Spring Hill. Kirkman was one of just three players in the field to produce a birdie, while Spring Hill combined for 15 birdies and 107 pars over the two-day event.

Spring Hill will be in action next on April 20, when they open the 2026 Gulf South Conference Championship. The tournament will be spread out over three days and will be held at
GreyStone Golf Club in Dickson, Tennessee.
