TROY, Ala. – The Spring Hill men's tennis team was tripped up on Wednesday, falling 6-1 at the hands of Troy on the road. The Badgers drop to 0-2 on the young season and have two more road matches before returning home for the first time on February 24.

The Trojans claimed the doubles point with wins in the second and third flights, but the Spring Hill tandem of
Tom Gutermann and Filipe Grebenstov took the top flight by a score of 6-4. Gutermann was the lone Badger to win his singles match, defeating Troy's Ausias Martin Melo on Court 1.
