HUNTSVILLE, Ala. -- The Spring Hill College men's soccer team dropped a 4-0 decision to No. 17 University of Alabama in Huntsville Saturday afternoon at Charger Park.

The Badgers fell to 0-5-2 overall and 0-4-1 in Gulf South Conference play, while UAH improved to 8-1-1 overall and 4-1-1 in conference action.

UAH struck twice in the opening 20 minutes to establish an early advantage.

Spring Hill entered halftime trailing 2-0 despite a pair of shots, while UAH recorded five first-half attempts.

The Badgers generated more opportunities after halftime, recording four shots and four corner kicks in the second half, but were unable to break through against UAH goalkeeper Sonny Wright, who finished the match without a save.

UAH added a third goal in the 83rd minute when Pruitte completed his hat trick with another assist from Orzechowski. Orzechowski then capped the scoring in the 89th minute, taking a pass from Marc Lorenz and finding the net for his sixth goal of the season.
