CLEVELAND, Miss. – The Spring Hill College men's soccer team finished Gulf South Conference opening weekend with a 0-0 draw against Delta State on Sunday.

The Badgers (0-3-1, 0-1-1 GSC) snapped a three-game losing streak with their first tie of the season. The Statesmen (1-3-2, 0-1-1 GSC) took their first draw in GSC play.

Spring Hill took seven shots and placed two on goal. Delta State recorded 12 shots, six of which were on target.
