Six Track and Field Badgers Earn Academic All-District Honors
MOBILE, Ala. – Six members of the Spring Hill College track and field team earned spots on the College Sports Communicators (CSC) 2025 Academic All-District Track & Field teams.
 
Quincy Curley earned his second career all-academic honor after completing his Master of Business Administration with a 3.67 GPA. He ranked among the top 50 in the South region in the 4x400 relay, pole vault, triple jump, javelin and decathlon.
 
Kobe King marked his first all-academic award after completing the year with a 3.62 GPA while pursuing his health science degree. The sophomore notched top-50 regional performances in the long jump and triple jump.
 
Grant Nastasi received his second consecutive all-academic honor with a 3.83 GPA and is pursuing his management accounting degree. He ranked 21st in the South in the 100m dash.
 
Abigail Remick was named to the academic all-district team for the second time in her career. She completed her biology/pre-health degree with a 3.78 GPA. The senior earned second team all-conference honors and was the 23rd-ranked women's pole vaulter in the South.
 
After breaking the school high jump record and marking a podium finish at the SIAC championship, Tiana Smith marked the first academic all-district honor of her career. The junior criminology major, who ranked ninth in the South in both the high jump and triple jump, owned a 3.84 GPA this year.
 
Zachary Thomas finished the year with a near-perfect 3.90 GPA and is majoring in pure computer science. He earned his second-consecutive academic all-district award and ranked top-50 in the South in the 3000m steeplechase.
