Badgers Defeat Montevallo

MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College men's tennis team defeated Montevallo, 4-3, at the Mobile Tennis Center on Sunday.
 
The Badgers (7-3, 5-0 SIAC) extended their win streak to seven matches in the victory over the Falcons (2-4, 1-2 GSC). Tom Gutermann and Hugo Blasco Granell clinched the doubles point for Spring Hill with a 6-4 win on court one.
 
Blasco Granell went on to clinch the match point for Spring Hill after defeating his opponent 6-3, 6-4 in the No. 6 spot. The win marked the first for the Badgers in the all-time series with Montevallo.
