MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College baseball team completed the SIAC series sweep against Kentucky State with a 16-1 run-rule victory at Historic Sims-Galle Field on Sunday.

The Badgers (21-9, 15-2 SIAC) saw 10 different players tally at least one hit and eight record at least one RBI. Spring Hill paired 11 walks with 11 hits.

Bryce Anderson led the game with four RBIs, all of which came off his grand slam in the third inning.
AJ Swader recorded a pair of RBIs while six other Badgers had one RBI apiece.

Swader opened scoring with his first-pitch home run in the second that brought two runs across the plate. A bases-loaded walk followed by Anderson's grand slam made it a 6-0 lead in the third.

Nick Hunter slapped an RBI single in the fourth before scoring on a wild pitch later that inning. SHC stacked on seven more runs in the fifth, making it 15-0.

Kaleb Bush recorded his first career hit and RBI in the sixth, capping the Badgers' scoring off at 16-0. Kentucky State scored a single run on a homer in the seventh.

Michael Racobaldo (3-1) struck out eight, walked two and allowed just two hits in 5.0 innings of work.

Since the final game of the Miles doubleheader, Spring Hill has scored 74 total runs over the last five games.
