Badgers Fall to Tuskegee

TUSKEGEE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team fell to Tuskegee, 49-38, at the Daniel "Chappie" James Center on Saturday.
 
The lead was traded six times in the first quarter, but it would be the Golden Tigers (16-9, 13-5 SIAC) coming away with the lead, 12-11, after the first 10 minutes. The Badgers (7-18, 6-12 SIAC) outscored Tuskegee in the fourth quarter, 17-14, but it was not enough to overcome the Tuskegee lead.
 
Kellyn Hunter and Marta Duda both led Spring Hill with nine points apiece. Duda collected a game-leading 12 rebounds.
