TAMPA, Fla. – The Spring Hill College volleyball team fell 3-0 to No. 1-seeded Tampa in the opening round of the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Volleyball Championship at the Martinez Center on Thursday.

In their seventh-straight NCAA tournament appearance, the No. 8-seeded Badgers (26-6) faced off against an undefeated Spartan (29-0) squad.

Spring Hill kept things close to start in the opening set but was quickly gapped by Tampa. In the end, the Spartans swept SHC 3-0.
