MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College men's basketball team fell 87-71 to Fort Valley State on Thursday at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.

The Badgers (0-6, 0-2 SIAC) kept things close in the first half, but the Wildcats (2-4, 1-4 SIAC) surged ahead in the second half. Fort Valley's play in the paint and aggressive bench scoring secured its conference win over Spring Hill.
