They Said It – Head Coach Craig Kennedy
"All losses are disappointing when you play competitive sports, but I'm really proud of the grit our guys showed particularly towards the start of the second half, battling back and we just keep getting better and better incrementally. I'd like us to get better and better a little quicker but incrementally we keep getting better and better and I would say today three fourths of the game we were really good and while we did have some turnovers, we were looking to do the right thing. We just didn't complete the passes, but this is a really tough and very well-coached Clark Atlanta team and kudos to them. They had a couple big buckets inside, big free throws when they needed it. I was really proud of the grit that our guys showed in the battle in there.
Brian Harris came out and hit a couple big shots.
Collin Coates made a big bucket when we needed it. Now we regroup and get ready for this next week. Couple games at home and then we finish up the first half of the season on the road. Looking forward to what we're going do with this bunch."
