MONTEVALLO, Ala. – The Spring Hill College women's soccer team fell 3-2 to Montevallo in the 2025 Gulf South Conference Championship quarterfinal at Varsity Field on Saturday.

The Falcons (11-5-2, 8-2-2 GSC) opened scoring in the first two minutes and took an early 1-0 lead.
Riley Davis leveled the match and got the Badgers (7-4-7, 5-3-4 GSC) on the board in the 12
th minute.

Montevallo responded with another goal in the 18
th minute, taking a 2-1 lead.
Felicia Ajayi connected with
Thyri Willumsdottir in the 76
th minute to make it a 2-2 game.

UM scored the game-winner in the 78
th minute. Spring Hill ended its season with the best record in the program's Division-II era.
