MEMPHIS, Tenn. – The Spring Hill College volleyball team closed out the SIAC Crossover with a 3-1 (25-17, 25-22, 16-25, 25-16) win over Albany State on Saturday.
The Badgers (14-5, 11-0 SIAC) took the first two sets from the Golden Rams (9-10, 8-2 SIAC). Albany State won set three before Spring Hill finished the match with a win in set four.
Jaylyne Bell led the match with 15 kills, followed by
Lillie Casey with 14 and
Hayley Hillman with 13.
Monica Vargo handed out a match-leading 45 assists.
Ashlyn Whiteside led the defense with 12 digs alongside
Marissa Peck, who totaled 10.
