Badgers Suffer Loss at Lane

JACKSON, Tenn. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team suffered a 63-46 loss on the road against Lane at Oman Arena on Saturday.
 
The Badgers (6-12, 5-6 SIAC) outshot the Dragons (12-5, 8-3 SIAC) in field goals, finishing with a 40.5 percent shooting percentage. Spring Hill also beat Lane in fast break points with nine.
 
Jalisha Mann led SHC in scoring with 10 points behind 4-6 shooting from the floor. Mann also dished out a game-leading four assists and picked up a steal in the road loss.
 
Marta Duda crashed the glass, leading the Badgers with 12 rebounds (2-10). Claudia Garrido had a perfect 4-for-4 outing at the free throw line.
