PENSACOLA, Fla. – The Spring Hill College women's soccer team (3-3-2) fell 3-2 in a hard-fought road match to No. 16 West Florida (5-1-1) at the UWF Soccer Complex on Monday evening.

Poppy Binding got the Badgers on the board first in the 24
th minute with a penalty kick goal that marked her third score of the season. The Argonauts responded by tying the match before halftime and taking a 2-1 lead early in the second half.

Sofia Jimenez Garcia evened the match at 2-2 with her second goal of the season in the 66
th minute. UWF found the back of the net in the 89
th minute and escaped with the 3-2 win over SHC.

Carlotta Stark made a season-high 11 saves while facing 22 shots and playing all 90 minutes between the goalposts.
