ALBANY, Ga. – The Spring Hill College volleyball team started SIAC play undefeated after 3-0 wins against Fort Valley State and Edward Waters at the HPER Gym on Friday.

Spring Hill (3-7, 2-0 SIAC) started off by sweeping Fort Valley State (1-1, 0-1 SIAC) in three sets (25-13, 25-13, 25-22) to open the SIAC Crossover. The Badgers dominated and led in every major statistical category besides aces, which they matched with the Wildcats in.

Camille McDermott led the match with 17 assists and the team with a season-high eight digs.
Brooklyn Hall led the match with 12 kills.

SHC kept the momentum going with another 3-0 sweep against Edward Waters (1-8, 1-1 SIAC) (25-19, 25-17, 25-17). Spring Hill hit a season-high .330 and led in every statistical category from start to finish.

Reigning SIAC Setter of the Week
Emily Cook led the match with 22 assists.
Haile Hallmon led the team and matched her career-high with eight digs.
Airyonna Weaver and Hall both tallied nine kills apiece while leading the Badgers. Weaver and
Kyla Buehner both led the match with two service aces.
Jaylyne Bell,
Hayley Hillman and Weaver all led the match with three total blocks apiece.
