WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – The Spring Hill College women's soccer team fell just short in Thursday's 2-1 loss to Palm Beach Atlantic at the Rinker Athletic Campus.

Spring Hill (1-2-0) kept a clean sheet through the first half and held Palm Beach Atlantic (3-1-0) to no score going into halftime. The Sailfish scored both of its goals within three minutes of each other in the second half to go up 2-0.
Felicia Ajayi netted the first goal of her career with an assist from
Mylee Yuill and cut the deficit to 2-1. The late comeback was not enough as the Badgers fell in their first road match of the season.

Carlotta Stark played the entire match between the posts, making seven saves on 20 shots faced.
