ALBANY, Ga. – The Spring Hill College baseball team opened its postseason run with a 4-3 walk-off victory in extra innings against #7 Morehouse in its first game at the 2024 Cricket SIAC Baseball Championship at the Albany State West Campus on Thursday.

Jack Taylor led the Badgers (31-19, 25-7 SIAC) at the plate with a pair of RBIs, including the game-winner in the bottom of the 12
th inning. He went 2-for-6 and crossed the plate once.
Eli Benoit and
Toran Smith also contributed one RBI apiece.

Kaleb Bush (5-1) earned the win on the mound after closing the game with 2.0 scoreless innings. He struck out two batters and only allowed a single hit in his appearance.
