COLUMBUS, Ga. – The Spring Hill College softball team won three-straight games against Fort Valley State, Edward Waters and Tuskegee to advance to its third SIAC Championship game in program history at the South Commons Softball Complex on Tuesday.

McKenzie King led #1 (West) Spring Hill (27-19, 22-0 SIAC) in its first win of the day against #1 (East) Fort Valley State (31-17, 20-4 SIAC). She went 1-for-3 with a pair of RBIs and a run scored in the 9-1 run-rule victory over the Wildcats.
Emma Curry (13-5) scattered one run on five hits and a walk with three strikeouts over 5.0 innings and took the win in the circle.

Rycca Hinton paced the Badgers at the plate against #2 (East) Edward Waters (38-17, 18-6 SIAC) with two RBIs on two hits in four at-bats. SHC defeated the Tigers 6-1 to advance to the semifinal game.
Emily Phillips (6-5) threw a complete game in the win and gave up a single run on nine hits and two balls with five strikeouts.

Five Badgers tallied an RBI in the 6-3 win against #2 (West) Tuskegee.
Oscha Carter had a perfect game after going 2-for-2 at the plate with a run and an RBI. Curry came in relief of Phillips for the final 1.2 innnings and held the Golden Tigers to two runs on two hits.

- B1 | Laila Leverette doubled to left center to score Chasity Kates, Fort Valley State 1-0.
- T2 | King doubled down the left field line to score both Taylor Pittman and Hinton. Yuratich scored on a fielding error by Taylor Orr. Macy Holt and King scored on an error by Leah Leonard. Bailey Cox smacked a base-clearing triple down the left field line to score Carter. Amanda Glowacki singled through the left side to score Cox. Meadow Villar and Glowacki scored on a fielding error by Leonard, Spring Hill 9-1.

- T1 | Carter scored on a fielder's choice, Spring Hill 1-0.
- T3 | Villar singled to right center to score Carter. Cox scored on a fielding error, Spring Hill 3-0.
- T5 | Hinton singled through the left side to score Cox. Pittman singled through the left side to score Villar, Spring Hill 5-0.
- B6 | Laura Scott singled through the left side to score Lamung, Spring Hill 5-1.

- B6 | Glowacki scored on a fielder's choice. Phillips singled through the left side to score Hinton. Holt grounded out to second base to score Pittman. Carter singled through the left side and cleared the bases, scoring Phillips and Kayla Coley-Drayton, Spring Hill 6-1.
