They Said It
Head Coach Craig Kennedy
On the game
"A disappointing loss to a good, well-coached team. They've been on the rise. We saw them play in Florida and they swept down there. I thought for 37 minutes, we played well. Then their athleticism hurt us in overtime. Super game by
Timothy Reilly. That's the best I've ever seen him play. The expectation is to keep playing like that. But disappointing to go out that way. We talked to our guys about knowing your role, accepting your role, excelling in your role. There was a point where some guys did things that aren't their role. We have to be more mentally disciplined to do our job and let everybody handle their own business. Not the way we wanted to finish out 2024. Hopefully that's fuel to push our guys to work hard over the Christmas break. Appreciate all the fans who came out today and all the people who worked the game. I knew it was a fun game to watch, just not the outcome we wanted. Everybody, have a blessed Christmas."
