NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The Spring Hill College men's soccer team (3-5-0, 3-2-0 GSC) suffered a 2-1 loss to Trevecca Nazarene (3-5-2, 2-3-1 GSC) on Sunday at the Trojan Soccer Complex.

After a quiet first half, Trevecca Nazarene's Daniel Shiel opened scoring in the 52
nd minute. The Badgers answered when
Rutger Hesselink scored his first goal of the season off of a corner kick taken by
Adrian Rodriguez. Sheil netted the game-winning goal for the Trojans in the 80
th minute.

Spring Hill took eight shots, five of which were on target.
Martin Gomez made eight saves and faced 23 shots from Trevecca Nazarene.
