SHC draws with CBU in GSC match

MEMPHIS, Tenn.  – The Spring Hill College men's soccer team drew with Christian Brothers University 0-0 in a Gulf South Conference (GSC) road match at Signaigo Field on Friday night.
 
Spring Hill goalkeeper Lucas Pezzano went the distance while facing a career-high 22 shots while making a career-high nine saves in the 0-0 draw with Christian Brothers. The Buccaneers led in shots (22-7), placing nine on target while Spring Hill only had three. All three of Spring Hill's on-target shots came in the second half from Joao Amaral (61'), Mikel Penin Alberdi (82') and Manuel Mihalits (86'). SHC led with nine saves over CBU's three. Spring Hill trailed in corner kicks behind Christian Brothers, 4-9.
