MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College volleyball team will host the University of Montevallo in its home opener at 6 p.m. on Tuesday at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.
 
The Badgers open their home season after playing its first 10 matches of the season on the road. SHC started its season 4-6 after playing in three different tournaments, two of which featured two nationally-ranked programs (No. 5 West Florida and No. 17 Lewis). The Falcons come into the match 7-4 after playing in three tournaments with two top-25 programs (No. 17 Wayne State and No. 2 Washburn). Montevallo holds a 4-3 advantage in the all-time series between the two schools.
