Post-Game Match Quote - Head Coach Samantha Thomsit
On the result
"Really frustrating, I feel like we gave all three goals directly to them [Thomas (Ga.)]. The first one, we got beat with a sloppy long ball, they've got a one-on-one with our goalkeeper, keeper made a save and I don't know how, but none of our players have followed it up and they've put it in the back of the net. Second goal, similar moment with 40 seconds left in the first half, they were offsides and it was a free kick, should've just played it long and we've lost the ball, one-on-one with the goalkeeper and they scored. Unfortunately, the last goal, we came out from the water break, poor defending and they've slotted it through. Positives: we're getting in the box, we had a penalty, but unfortunately didn't score it. We came back and scored a goal from a freshman, Haven Nail, who stepped up and got on the field. I think we're very good defensively, but we need to do a better job of hanging on to the ball and when we're in their final third, possessing it a little better. We need to learn to build an attack and look after the ball."

Notes
- Nail scored her first collegiate goal during the match.
- Willumsdottir recorded the first assist of her career.
