TBILISI, Georgia. – Spring Hill College men's basketball's Eli Lenihan and the Irish national team finished group play with a 75-72 victory over Bulgaria in the FIBA U20 European Division B Championship on Wednesday.
 
Lenihan tallied five points, two assists and one defensive rebound during the game. Team Ireland went into halftime down 35-25, before it mounted a comeback and outscored Bulgaria (28-15) in the third quarter. The Irish national team held on to its lead through the end of the fourth quarter and defeated Bulgaria 75-72.
 
Ireland's next game will be determined after the conclusion of the final group play matches later Wednesday.
