Lady Badgers fall in hard-fought game against Rollins

TAMPA, Fla. – The Spring Hill College women's basketball team fell on the road in a hard-fought game, 69-60, to Rollins in the South Region Crossover on Saturday.

Despite outscoring the Tars in the second (20-14) and third (19-17) quarter, the Badgers fell in the closely contested game 69-60. SHC falls to 0-2 while Rollins moves to 2-0 on the year.
 
Spring Hill was led by freshman Iamunique Bowie, who recorded 20 points, nine rebounds, two assists and a steal. Rollins was led by Aaliyah Irizarry-Perez, who had 17 points eight rebounds, two assists, two blocks and a steal.
