THEY SAID IT – Head Coach Craig McVey
"We had our best race day of the fall weather-wise for Saturday's races. 53 degrees at race time for the men and
60 degrees for the women [with] no wind, a beautiful day to race. The course was brand new in its set up, we raced well for having never competed at Berry before. Both teams raced the plan we had discussed in attacking the course. We still have a lot of improvement waiting right around the corner. We're getting more aggressive in our racing and that will be good to us in future meets. Again, we had another handful of personal bests. Our team results were good considering the quality of the teams competing, Our last dress rehearsal for our conference meet is just ahead. More work to do."
