MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) Badgers baseball team played its final game of the Novel Coronavirus-shortened 2021 season with a resounding 10-6 victory over the Columbus State University (CSU) Cougars at Hank Aaron Stadium on Wednesday afternoon.

SHC grabbed a quick 2-0 lead in the bottom of the 1st inning after right fielder Grayson Williams walloped a 2-run shot out of left field.

The Cougars (24-12) scored two runs in the top of the 2nd inning off a double to left and a wild pitch with a runner on 3rd base, but SHC answered with a 5-run explosion in the 3rd frame that was capped by a 3-run homer down the left field line by catcher Bryce Walker.
