MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) court volleyball team earned a 3-1 (26-24, 18-25, 25-16, 25-16) victory over non-conference foe the William Carey University (WCU) Crusaders on Tuesday night at the Arthur R. Outlaw Recreation Center.
SHC took the victory over the Crusaders (8-11) with a .208 (55-19-173) attack percentage along with 50 assists and six service aces. The Badger defense made seven blocks and 75 digs. WCU built a .211 (57-21-171) attack percentage with two aces, five blocks and 87 digs.

Kassandra Fairly of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., recorded a team-high 18 kills as senior setter
Emmarose Neibert of Arnold, Mo., passed around 48 assists and freshman outside hitter
Mikayla Boyer of Covington, La., served up four aces for the second consecutive match. On defense, Fairly added five blocks while senior libero
Cassidi Sterrett of Lee's Summit, Mo., roped in 26 digs.
The Badgers (10-4, 5-0 SIAC) will travel to Albany, Ga., this weekend to open play in the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Division Crossover at Albany State University (ASU) beginning with the Clark Atlanta University (CAU) Panthers (1-2, 1-0 SIAC) at 8 a.m. (East) on Thursday.
