MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) men's soccer team picked up a 2-0 Gulf South Conference (GSC) loss to the University of Montevallo (UM) Falcons at Library Field on Sunday afternoon.
The Falcons (4-4-1, 2-1 GSC) found the back of the back with a shot by Logan Buckley off an assist by Arad Lev Ari in the 34
th minute and Ari tacked on an insurance goal five minutes later via an assist into the keeper's box by Vladik Margolin.
SHC sophomore keeper
Alessandro Erdelyi (1-5) made four saves against 11 shots and five corner kicks by the Falcons. Across the pitch, Robert Kuta (4-4) of Montevallo collected four saves versus 10 shots and four corner attempts by the Badgers.
The Badgers (2-6, 0-4 GSC) will next host conference foe the Shorter University Hawks (4-3-1, 0-2-1 GSC) at Library Field on Thursday at 3:30 p.m.
