ATLANTA, Ga. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) baseball team stormed to a 22-7 victory over Clark Atlanta University (CAU) at Bill Evans Field on Sunday afternoon to complete a three-game Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) series sweep of the Panthers.
 
Badger starter Austin Barrios (2-3) earned the win over the Panthers (7-12, 0-3 SIAC East) while Brennan Fontenot continued his hot streak with a three-hit showing. Keaton Smith collected three hits with two RBIs, Grayson Williams mashed two hits including his third homerun of the weekend and Luke Wall had a home run with three RBIs.
 
Other hitter for SHC included Nicholas Chiasson and Mason Bonnaffons with a pair of hits each while recent JV advancement Chris George slapped two hits with three RBIs.
 
The Badgers (7-13, 3-0 SIAC West) will host the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH) Chargers (14-8) in a non-conference doubleheader on Wednesday beginning at 1 p.m. on historic Stan Galle Field.
