CLINTON, Miss. – Spring Hill College completed its perfect run through the Gulf South Conference schedule, rallying for a 2-1 win at Mississippi College on Oct. 27. The Badgers, which entered the season 12-25 all-time in the GSC, are the first team in GSC history to finish 11-0 in conference.
The GSC Regular Season Champion Badgers were outshot 2-to-1 in the first half, 12-5, but both teams remained scoreless through the first 45 minutes of play.

Barou Ndaw collected one save in the first half, while the Badgers' defense blocked six. The Choctaws missed four others.
Coming out of the half, Victor Bazan scored off an assist from Owen Conelly to give Mississippi College a 1-0 lead.
The Badgers rallied with two goals in an 11-minute period, with Alexander Lipinski finding the net in the 59
th minute for his 15
th goal of the season, the 10
th most in NCAA Division II.
Vassil Kokali followed with a goal in the 70
th minute.
Tilman Schober assisted both to add to his GSC-best 14 assists, good for second in NCAA DII.
Ndaw finished the game with five saves. Choctaws' goalkeeper Concalo Pernas, who stopped shots by
Cyril Giraud and Timo Scabetsberer in the first half, also had a save against Lipenski in the second half.
"Today's win once again shows our resolve and also our ambition to make sure we finished the regular season the right way," said head coach
Steve Wieczorek. " The players took pride in being undefeated throughout the campaign amd made sure it happened in a hard fought win."
Spring Hill (15-1, 11-0 GSC) will carry its 12-game win streak into next week's Gulf South Conference Men's Soccer Championships. The Badgers will be the No. 1 seed with a first round bye and will meet the winner of Lee and Christian Brothers on Friday, Nov. 2 at Emory Folmar YMCA Soccer Complex in Montgomery, Ala.
