MOBILE, Ala. – Earlier this summer the Spring Hill College (SHC) Department of Athletics unveiled its newly redesigned Web site. SHCBadgers.com can now showcase SHC athletes with updated features and a user friendly design.
 
The department collaborated with SIDeArm Sports through its agreement with the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SIAC) to redesign www.SHCBadgers.com and develop all of the site's usable functions.
 
"These days the front door of any athletics department is its Web page," said SHC Director of Athletics Jim Hall. "And we are proud of the look, feel and usability of our new design. We thank SIDeArm for all of its assistance in getting this project completed and for providing us with a premier Web presence."
 
The new Web design continues to feature multiple stories and accompanying pictures on the homepage and each team specific page, links to Live Stats, Fan Polls, and Social Media information, but now offers updated video capabilities, sponsorship opportunities and a more friendly design for increasingly common mobile applications.
 
On each team page visitors to the site can follow stories about that specific sport at any given time, check schedules and results, find links to events that utilize Live Stats and/or video Live Streams, and view the team's roster with biographies about each varsity student-athlete.
 
"Maintaining a modern, usable Web site is crucial in the 21^st Century," Hall said. "Our new design provides us a solid foundation that allows us the flexibility to stay current with new trends as well as keeping our followers up-to-date on all the Badger news."
