Box Score The Spring Hill College (SHC) baseball team lost a 13-1 non-conference verdict versus the 20^th-ranked Florida Tech (FIT) Panthers on Saturday night at historic Stan Galle Field.
 
The Panthers (7-2) bolted out to a 3-run lead in the top of the 1^st inning and Badger first baseman Michael Druhan answered with a solo home run in the bottom of the frame. FIT proved too strong on this day, however, belting out a total of 18 hits, including three doubles, a triple and a two-run dinger by catcher Ryan Sinzenich in the 7^th inning.
 
Dylan Kiene (0-1) took the loss for SHC in seven innings with 13 hits and two walks allowed while striking out six. Druhan finished the day with two of the Badgers' four hits in the game.
 
The Badgers (4-6) and Florida Tech will close out this three-game series with a Sunday doubleheader at historic Stan Galle Field beginning at noon.
