MOBILE, Ala. – The Spring Hill College (SHC) women's soccer team suffered a 4-0 Gulf South Conference (GSC) home loss to the University of West Georgia (UWG) Wolves at Library Field on Friday afternoon.
The Wolves (8-7; 7-6 GSC) scored first in the 15
th minute play when a shot off the post by Jazmine Santiago was cleaned up by Cole Robinson from three yards out. The lead grew to 2-0 in the 19
th minute as Julia Atenza drove home a penalty kick following a Badger foul in the box.
Katie Mitchell of UWG made it a 3-0 margin off a give-and-go play with Francessca Ellis in the 77
th minute and Kelly Geary scored as the final horn sounded to post the final 4-0 score.

HP Fluharty (0-11) made seven saves versus 26 shots and eight corner kicks while Jackie Donaldson evened her record at 6-6 after day with three saves against seven shots and one Badger corner attempt.
The Badgers (1-15, 0-12 GSC) will travel to Florence, Ala., on Sunday to face the conference-leading University of North Alabama (UNA) Lions (10-3-1; 9-2-1 GSC) in a GSC match at Bill Jones Athletic Complex beginning at 1 p.m.
