"It has been a really long two days in the gym, but our young team has responded fairly well," she said. "Annie Tietjens is having her best tournament of her career by running the offense and showing leadership. We also got better production from our middles in
Savannah Becnel and
Katelyn Bobinger while the two freshmen in Sterrett and right side hitter
Sarah Senft are doing a very good job."
The Badgers (14-3, 10-0 SIAC West) will remain in Albany for the final day of the SIAC Divisional Crossover Tournament on Saturday in a single match versus the Benedict College Tigers (2-3, 0-0 SIAC East) at 12 p.m. (East).
